Ingredients

• 2 sheets nori seaweed
• 2 cans (5 oz / 142 g each) tuna, drained
• 4 tbsp / 60 ml mayonnaise
• 4 tbsp / 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 medium ripe avocado, sliced
• ¼ red bell pepper, finely sliced
• Chili sauce, for serving
