• 1 medium head Broccoli, chopped
• 12 oz / 340 g Jones Dairy Farm Little Pork Sausages, cooked and cut into inch slices
• 1 cup / 113 g Cheddar Cheese, grated
• 10 large Eggs
• ½ tsp / 3 g Salt
• ¾ cup / 180 ml Whipping Cream
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• ¼ tsp / 1 g Ground Black Pepper

Layer the Goodness: Arrange half of the chopped broccoli, half of the cooked sausage slices, and half of the grated cheese in the bottom of the pot. Repeat with the remaining to create a second, even layer.3. Mix the Custard: In a separate medium bowl, whisk the eggs and salt together until well-beaten. Add the whipping cream, minced garlic, and ground black pepper, and whisk until everything is fully combined.4. Combine and Cook: Gently pour the egg mixture over the layers in the Instant Pot. Secure and lock the lid, ensuring the steam valve is in the ‘Sealing’ position. Manually set to cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.5. Release and Serve: Once the timer finishes, perform a quick pressure release by carefully turning the valve to ‘Venting.’ When the pin drops, unlock and remove the lid. Serve the casserole warm, directly from the pot.
