Ingredients:
3 cups mixed greens
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 medium avocado, diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds
2 oz. chèvre, crumbled
Preparation: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, extra- virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt. Top with the avocado, green onions, sunflower seeds and chévre.
Serving Suggestion: If you don´t like vinegar, replace with lemon juice or even orange juice.
