    TART CRANBERRY COOLER

    This cocktail is so crisp and refreshing. Best of all, it is quick and easy to make, with only simple ingredients. If you are not a fan of gin, it is also great with vodka or rum. If you prefer a sweeter drink, simply add a little more erythritol.

    INGREDIENTS

    •10 fresh cranberries, plus more for garnish

    •2 teaspoons powdered erythritol

    •2 ounces dry gin

    •2 lime wedges, plus more for garnish

    •1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

    •2 ounces prosecco

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Fill a large rocks glass with ice.

    2. Put the cranberries, erythritol, gin, lime wedges, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the cranberries and lime wedges are crushed and have released their juices.

    3. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the ice-filled glass.

    4. Top with the prosecco and garnish with cranberries and a lime wedge.
