    Crunchy Pickle Chaffles

    Ingredients

    Mozzarella – ½ cup
    Eggs – 1
    Pork Panko bread crumbs – ½ cup
    Pickle juice – 1 tablespoon
    Pickle slices – 8

    Preparation Method

    Pre-heat waffle iron
    Mix ingredients together and pour thin layer onto waffle iron
    Add drained pickle slices
    Top with remaining mixture and cook till crisp
    Takes 5 min to prepare, 5 min to cook and serves 2 – serve while hot
