Smoked Salmon Fat Bombs

Ingredients

• 2 oz. smoked salmon fillets
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 3 oz. butter, grass-fed
• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• pinch salt

Preparation

1. In a food processor put butter, cream cheese, smoked mackereland fresh lemon juice. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Line a tray with parchment paper and create 6 fat bombs. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Serve.
