Ingredients:

• ½ teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
• ½ small onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ cup cauliflower florets, boiled
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• ½ pound cooked turkey meat, chopped

Directions:

1. Finely chop cauliflowers.
2. Sauté butter and onion. Then add chopped cauliflower.
3. Put turkey and let it cook. Mix in heavy cream and keep mixing it. Then serve.
