    Ingredients:

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 head of cauliflower
    • 1 tablespoon of yeast
    • sea salt, black pepper
    • 1-2 tbsp. greek
    • 1 tablespoon . turmeric
    • 2/3 cup almond flour

    Directions:

    1. Put cauliflower in your pot and boil it for 8 minutes. Add the florets into a food processor and pulse them. Add the eggs, almond flour, yeast, turmeric, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir well. Form into patties.
    2. Heat your butter to medium in a skillet. Form your fritters and cook until golden on each side (3-4 minutes). Serve it while hot.
