HARD BOILED EGGS

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 6)

Ingredients:
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
6 Eggs
¼ tsp Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
  2. Crack the eggs into a baking dish, not breaking the yolks.
  3. Cover the dish with foil and place on the rack.
  4. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure quickly and remove the ‘loaf’ of eggs.
  6. Place on a cutting board and dice the eggs finely.
  7. Stir in the spices.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
