• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

• ½ tsp dried thyme, ground
• ¼ tsp red chili flakes
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika, ground
