Ham and Dill Pressure-Cooked Eggs

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
5 Eggs
6 ounces Ham, chopped
¼ tsp White Pepper
2 tbsp. chopped Dill
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. Pour 1 ½ cups of water into the IP and lower the rack.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Grease 4 ramekins and divide this mixture between them.
  5. Place in the Instant Pot and close the lid.
  6. Cook on MANUAL for 5 minutes.
  7. Do a quick pressure release.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
