Ingredients

• 4 large hardboiled eggs, peeled
• 4 large kale leaves, tough stems removed
• 4 thin slices prosciutto

• 1 ½ cups / 355 ml water

2. Take one slice of prosciutto and tightly wrap it around the kale-covered egg, using the prosciutto to hold the kale leaf in place. Repeat this process for the remaining three eggs.
3. Lightly sprinkle the wrapped eggs with salt and freshly ground black pepper for a final layer of seasoning.
4. Pour the water into the inner pot of your Instant Pot and place the metal trivet or a steamer basket inside. Carefully arrange the four wrapped eggs on the trivet.
