• ½ teaspoon / 1g dried thyme, crushed
• ½ small onion, chopped, approx. ¼ cup / 40g
• 1 tablespoon / 14g butter
• ½ cup / 50g cauliflower florets, boiled
• ¼ cup / 60ml heavy cream
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• ½ pound / 227g cooked turkey meat, chopped
