This recipe does not contain the recommended amount of protein, so use sparingly or for a special treat if seizures are well controlled.

1 serving of dairy-free keto yogurt (see snack recipes)

20 g macadamia nuts, crushed

15.8 g kiwi fruit, chopped small

4 g flaxseed meal, Bob’s Red Mill

20 g 40% heavy cream, whipped

Optional: 3–5 drops of vanilla flavor, Bickford

Empty the keto yogurt out of the container into a bowl. Make sure you scrape the yogurt container very well. Top with the macadamia nuts, kiwi fruit, flaxseed meal, and whipped cream flavored with the vanilla if desired.
