    Gingery Coconut Fat Bomb

    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp. dried (powdered) ginger
    • 0.8 oz. shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    • 1/3 cup coconut oil, softened
    • 1/3 cup coconut butter, softened
    • 1 teaspoon granulated sweetener of choice, to taste

    Preparation

    1. In a deep bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut oil, coconut butter, sweetener, and dried powdered ginger.

    2. Pour the ginger mixture into ice block trays and refrigerate for 1 hour to solidify.
