Ingredients :
• 1.5 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup parmesan cheese
• ½ cup sun dried tomatoes
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Grab a large skillet and cook the chicken using olive oil using medium heat. Do this for 5 minutes for each side or until they are thoroughly cooked. Set it aside in a plate.
2. Using the same skillet, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and chicken broth. Expose it to medium heat and just whisk away until the mixture thickens.
3. Add the sundried tomatoes and spinach and let it simmer until the spinach wilts.
4. Add the chicken back and serve.
