Keto Hazelnuts Fat Bomb Squares

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1/4 cup cocoa butter
• 2 Tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 2 tablespoons of stevia sweetener
• Crushed walnuts (optional extra)

Preparation

1. In a bowl, melt cocoa butter at room temperature.

2. When ready, add in cocoa powder and stevia powder and mix well until all ingredients are well blended. Add in the chopped hazelnuts and stir well.

3. Finally, add whipping cream and mix well.

4. Pour the hazelnut mixture into square molds and let cool. (ice trays work just fine.)

5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Dress with crushed walnuts if so desired Serve.
