• 2.0 medium eggs
• 1.0 onion
• 2.0 garlic cloves
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Mushroom Sauce
• 1.0 tablespoon butter
• 3.0 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 3.5 ounces cream cheese
• 1.0 cup homemade chicken broth
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1.0 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350.0ºF (176.7ºC). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. For the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined. Roll the mixture into approximately 18-24 meatballs (about 1.5 inches in diameter). Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake for 0.25 hours, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

5. Stir in the 3.5 ounces of cream cheese and 1.0 cup of chicken broth. Cook for 0.067 hours, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
6. To serve, arrange the cooked meatballs on plates and spoon the mushroom sauce over them. Garnish with 1.0 tablespoon of fresh parsley.
